Chest running for Lucky Title???
Day Trooper
I've recently come across the concept of chest-running low-end chests in normal mode to achieve Lucky title points. While the idea sounds simple, I've gone out a few times and noticed there's not too many chests that spawn (I tried n00b island in Factions and some of the Old Ascalon zones).
So, chest-running lucky points like this would take an extreeeeeemely long time!
Has anyone attempted getting lucky points by chest-running? If so, where is the best place to find chests? Or - do I need to try an area like the Northern Shiverpeaks: where I have a slightly higher chance to break my lockpick, but there might be more chests per zone?
Many thanks for the insight!

Secret Lair of the Snowmen FTW. 5-6 chests per run 10 minutes run about.
I haven't been able to find a low end place to farm the chests so been sticking with the snowman cave.

Even if you get 1 chest per minute, which is a very good average, let us assume 50 chests per 1 hour.
2.500.000 / 250 = 10.000 retained Lockpicks.
Let us assume you retain the pick on every chest, and each chest take 60 seconds/1 minute: 10.000 minutes = 166,67 hours.
And this is a fairly optimistic estimation (1 chest/minute, all keys retained).
I did the math for KOABD title track, I need 4 activity titles, and after that I came to conclusion that I would need almost a year (333 days) for treasure hunter, if I run 30 minutes a day. Then I decided to call it a day, the "activity" titles are time-eating grind exercises.

he means the 50g chests. like a 90% chance to retain them..
ive done plains or jarin in the past, 2 chest a run.. takes a while though

The last event left me around 300,000 points (maybe slightly more) and since then, I've been doing chest farming. I now have slightly above 334,000, so I've retained 136 lockpicks. Unlucky on the other hand, I ended around 21,000 and now I have 31,560. So that means I've broken around 424 lockpicks.
I have tier 4 Treasure Hunter and tier 3 Lucky.

If not, you can get to r5 of the KoaBD track without such grind titles, so I don't see the problem.
super strokey
I think lucky points are just a waste of time when it comes to things like lockpicks. wait for a boardwalk event. Its the only real way to get any sizable amount of points. Afk for a whole weekend getting points but you dont get any items so that sucks but such is life.

Harrier's haste
but it actually affects you when you're opening chests/salvaging loots, Dunkard title is total pointlessness imo, except a money hole for you to sink you gold pieces in.
