When ever I'm playing on my monk I want my interface set up a certain way that allows me to see my parties health bars, my skills, my energy bar and whatever else I want all close to each other so I set up my interface that way. Now when I'm on my warrior I dont give a care about some of that stuff, like my energy or other peoples health cept my enemies. So I set up my interface another way that lets me get a better view of the battle field.
I dont know how many people care about their interface but I thought it would be cool if we could save our interface as a template so depending on witch character we are playing we could load the interface template we like to best use for them.
Im not sure how feasible this is, or how many care I just thought it would be a nice addition to GW or GW2 if anets going to use the "no time, need to work on GW2"

No reason not to. If utility programs like GIMP or whatever let you save layouts and arrangements and whatever, why not Guild Wars? Would be handy, would harm no one, and couldn't be that hard to manage; Accounts already store that info, you just can't save multiple versions of it.
Example: Try logging in to someone else's account (if possible) or a second account (if you own one), change the layout of the UI and go back to the first account.
/signed, though not hopeful with all that work being done on GW2, but meh.
