Sorry, one of my HoM monuments got loose. (I know, the joke was too easy.)
On topic: Weren't the margonites the ones that built all the stuff in the Arid Sea? Seems logical that it would be something related to them. Don't know what specifically though. One of their gods maybe? Or something Turai Ossa built after the Battle of Jahai/Ascension or whatever happened?
(All this could be wrong as I'm a little rusty on my lore.)

There is also a male warrior in templar armor strewn throughout that part. If you dont have your graphics set up high (I'm guessing post-effects) the Warrior doesnt actually 'topple' just a automatic lie down.
