Screen Resolution Problems For Guild Wars?

I just bought a new laptop with Intel Media Accelerator X3100 integrated video card and installed Guild Wars on it. I start the program but it keeps on giving me the warning image that says, "The selected screen resolution is not optimal for the display advice" It says that the best resolution is 1280x800 and anything below that might be fuzzy. I checked my properties and it says that it's already 1280x800. How do I fix this problem so that I am able to play Guild Wars? I can't even start up the program without it turning black and going back to the desktop with that message.

Did you check if guild wars was set to 1280x800? If not go to options, graphics, then change the resolution.

I mean like, guild wars won't even start, it just has a black screen and quickly reverts back to the desktop and gives me that message.
