PC Sephis axe Q10

hey i found a perfect sephis axe Q10 15^50 and hp+30
now i was wondering 2 things:

1. would it be beneficial to mod it with 20/20 and if yes for how much can i sell it?

2. should i take the mods off & merch it

reason why i'm asking this is because i read 2 complete different things in some posts, in 1 post i read Q10 is bout 200-350k
and in some other posts i read its better to merch it..

since cof is now farmed in hard mode, sephis axes are a common drop in there and thus the value dropped only perfect req 9 are worth something these days
