Can someone please tell me how to report someone

Nope, no other way to report other than getting screenies of what he said (assuming he said something) and getting in contact with support.

Best way is to report them as soon as it happens...

I have a screeny, but i wasnt in the same area as him, he was whispering me.

Anything i can do about that?

Select your region, and you'll be redirected to PlayNC. From there, select the type of report, and provide as much information as possible. You should receive a reply from a GM within 24 hours, as well as automated responses.

That's weird. I reported someone that was in a different outpost from me. /report Persons Name Here.

yeah, you type "/report john smith"

and if someone is harassing you, its probably not worth reporting him, just put them on ignore list.

I agree with Coloneh. The /ignore command is much more useful for annoying people.
