Make the faction titles count as the 10k in factions

Ladies and Gents do you ever get a toon through factions you get into HzH or Cavalon and just as your going to get that next primary quest you realise...you don't hae the 10k! how often has that happened to you? How many times have you donated that 10k just before you got there?

Well before I break off into a Claims Direct advert heres what I propose:

when you get a faction title and wear it you get a "blessing of the Luxon/Kurzick respectively" and instead of having to give the 10k you have enough respect from that faction though the hard work you've done to just continue without having to gather that 10k all of over again.

I have no comment except for I don't care if they add it or not. It'd make factions 10% faster, but yet it'd also ruin the meaning of the primary quest.

Done it three times, and all it did was give me an excuse to AB each time. I'm Rank 5 Luxon, and knowing my Ritualist is going to have to get that 10k for the 4th time, is rather...pathetic.

Yo get 10k in about 2 hours... and you can use those 10k to unlock a city for 26 characters...

Not so hard... young mate.

I don't think I'll make a character again, but I think it'd help as people don't like doing it over and over again.

The same reason we don't start out a character with every city unlocked, it slows people down.

Maybe he feels like that it is 2 hours to much.. LOL

I think this idea makes a lot of sense. Yes it would make it easier and most people who play this game want a challenge, but...yeah. But it is rather easy to get the faction again after doing the all the quests. You have like half at least after all those, and you can AB the rest.

I've beat Factions 10 times over... so I've deleted and remade some characters.
But I might say that after donating so much faction on each side, it's gotten old.

But I say that this should only be applied when you reached a certain title in the alliance factions.

/notsigend you can finish factions in like hald a day and with that in like 2 hours :S

I always thought it a bit strange that I could walk into Cavalon displaying my Friend Of The Luxons title, and still have to get 10k faction to prove that I'm they're friend/ally...

and I assume people get all the characters there already at the same time? please stop the sarcasm ; ) it doesn't become you. I know how long it takes and I'm not as stupid as you seem to think I am.

Seriously I've remade a lot of new characters got them through the game and gathered that 10k for that one specific guy and its rather annoying. I know you can get it within two hours but the process of doing it again and again for some people is a little grating.

Maybe you should be a certain rank or something but when you've gotten so far for one faction shouldn't your efforts be at least recognized as a distinguished supporter of either side?

10k is hardly a huge roadblock on the storyline for any character.

Sure, getting the 10k aint hard at all, but that's not the point...
For me, it's tiresome and pointless.... especially if you already have a faction title! The primary quest says: Befriend with Kurzicks/Luxons. Well, a "Friend" is 2nd rank in that title! So it's funny when you reach HzH or Cavalon with a Savior and then you're requested to farm some more

you may aswell claim that by doing probicies around 4 times you should just be allowed to instant tele anywhere on a brand new char..

The title is account based. The quest is not. No quest in the game is account based. This is making a quest completed way too easy. It is already easy enough as the Faction you earn IS account based. If you never do AB/FA/JQ and don't earn Faction on a regular basis, you won't have a title to use for this anyway. If you do, then you should easily earn the 10k Faction needed, and KNOW WHEN THE CHARACTER WILL NEED IT. Just don't spend that Faction before you get there.

Ehh. Normally I shy away from "make it easier" threads, but... /signed. Faction gathering isn't hard at all, but dammit if you let me proclaim that I'm your friend, I shouldn't have to do even more meaningless grind to earn your trust. AGAIN. The first rank in the title indicates you've farmed ten times the amount of faction required for the primary already, and it only goes up from there.

I tend to solve the problem by holding off on spending my account-based faction until all newer characters are through HzH and Cavalon, but if you've farmed enough to earn a Lux/Kurz title, I don't see why that shouldn't be good enough.

Plus how does something you need to get to mid game which will help you for like one quest count towards an entire game with almost double the missions? : P If your gonna flame then do it right please
