Unlock skills for PVP when using PVE char

Title is confusing, here's what I mean:
I have all skills unlocked with Balthazar faction, however if I bring a PVE lvl 20 char in to PVP those skills are unavailable. I'd like to see them available only for PVP and then locked for PVE until purchased/captured/tomed.

Just more fun that way, I already spent the time getting them.

I think that'd be nice...real nice. I have all the skills unlocked, but I have having to make a PvP character just to use it.

This benefits those who have made and worked on a PvE character for all their slots for every profession and can't make a new one to do those builds. Nor can they afford to make the build on the chosen character.

just make a pvp char or stop spamming your toonboxes with pves :S

That's a pretty weak argument. This doesn't hurt anything.

This has been suggested before IIRC, but it's always made sense to me. It seems self-evidently harmless.

Since you say that the skills can only available in PvP, this wouldn't really hurt much I guess.

Glad you explained what you meant. hehe Okay yeah if the skill is unlocked, if you're in a PVP-only area then you should be able to use it, but not in PVE-only unles that character specifically has it.

It's so easy to make a PvP character, that there is no reason for that.
They earn money when people buy slots, afterall.

Theres no harm in adding this and its not like the PvE characters have any benefits.

This would help PvE players if it was also introduced to PvE (as locked skills of course).
