Bump, I'll lower the Price to 25,000g that way you will be getting the better deal. Because if you bought this stuff at NPC's it would equal a higher price:

Guild - 100g
Cape - 2,000g
Guild Hall - 16,000g (That's how much i bought a Sigil for)
Guild Hall Storage NPC - 10,000g
