I think I lucked up and got last months yesterday (50 pts. for the second time) and then today just for giggles I clicked on the guy and had 75 pts. waiting on me!!

I'm trying to figure out what to report, could you help me out? Don't worry, if you got extras, we're not going to take them away! But obviously something's sort of wiggy here, so I'd like to better understand so I can relay to the proper team members. If you participated, could you tell me:

How many points you are/were due:
How many you got:
How many you are still owed, if any:
Oh, and *ahem* please be honest.
We can't use this information to go into accounts and hand out more points, so truth is good. This is just to see what's going on with a system that we believed was fixed. Thanks!

I have had the same issue. I was supposed to receive 125 and 100 points over a two month period and nothing shows on my account. When I go over to the rewards person at the temple....he does not acknowledge I have any points on my account.

It isn't so much how many points I was supposed to get, it is just that the Xunlai Tournament guy won't give me my reward. I talk to him he goes.. Congratuations you won 100 reward points... But I look on my hero panel and they aren't there. I talk to him again, he gives the same message congratulating me, but yet again he withholds my reward points.
But it is nice to know that my points are correct and there at least...

Still nothing. Go to Xunlai agent in Kamadan, Great Temple, guild hall, etc. and they all ask if I've made my predictions when I did. I have no idea what I'm supposed to have or what month it's on, I just know I'm not getting anything. I give up.

hmm. i got mine absolutely normal...but then i received after talking some minutes to it again some XD what i absolutely didn#t expected *g*
but therefore I'm unable to give for some time new bids at the xunlai bid site...

when i try to give new bids.. then i can't push the accept button..because there is simple no button to press then ...

never got those but i saw on the xunlai rules site that points are forfeit if not collected within 30 days. even though i tried to collect them it just never game them to me.....
but i finally emailed support because i wasnt getting december's ingame either. finally got 50 a couple days ago. not sure how much i was supposed to get (thought i did better ).

Kun Shao doesn't want to give me my RP for January's MAT and I know from the results list that I should have gotten 100 RP. He just keeps telling me to make my predictions.

Hi,
I passed along your concerns to Isaiah, who manages the TRP system. There are a couple of things, of course: One is that players think they will get their points the instant the tournament is over. But no, it's not as automated as all that. It takes a few weeks (as this thread mentions) for the points to activate on your account. However, once that has happened, and it has happened for January, you should be able to visit the Xunlai Tournament Agent in any of a few locations (I got to GToB, myself) and claim your prize.
Andrew and I went to the NPC as a test, and we both claimed our prizes. However, we're aware that not everyone has been able to do so. If you're sure you have properly named your account, and if you're certain that you predicted accurately enough to have rewards coming, then I may ask you to submit a ticket or give us further details next week. In the meantime, I am sure that Izzy will take a look at the system and see if he can tweak it to function properly now, in which case we may not need to gather individual info from you.
