It asks for Disk 1, what disk is that? Also is it safe to do it or will it reset everything?

All your character information and storage items etc are not on your computer.

Never repaired the game but have lost the lot in a hard disk crash and reinstalled on another drive.

Once I input my account name and password it updated the game file and all was as before.

As for disk one I am assuming its disc one of GW prophesies/ Factions or Nightfall.
You didnt give much information in your question but I hope that helps

Well, I'm talking about interface, but I don't know why . And that is really all the info there is. I put on -repair on the shortcut and it says Please insert disk 1.

Edit1:Now it asks for disk 2 but when I put it in and press OK, nothing happens :S

Edit2: okay, I repaired. /close
