9 rings during Wintersday?

I see the decorations for Wintersday are up. I also noticed what look like "9 Rings" playing areas in Kamadan. This is my first Wintersday, and so I am wondering if "9 rings" will be part of the festivities. If so, when do they start?

9 rings using cc shards to determine which side "wins" in that district. It's not going to be used the same way as Shing Jea.

i was looking forward to old 9 ring setup too...what a dissappointment

The npc wintersday collectors are in the game already if thats what you mean.

Last year they opened the boardwalk shortly after Wintersday was over. It has been quite a few months.....
