Maybe I'm going crazy, or the sites are out of date, but neither for the wiki's (Guild Wars Wiki, and Guild Wiki) have Tactics as a attribute for this skin, nor could I find any post on this site about a Tactics version. Could this be worth something?
Edit: Just in case you cannot see the image, it is of Gold rarity, requirement 9 Tactics, and inscribable. Just ignore the mods, they can always be changed.
