Hi,
currently I'm planning to buy/make me a new shield for my PvE Paragon.
I think I will take +30 life but I'm not sure about the inscription. At the moment I use -5/20, but I don't know if this is the beste choice.
So, what shield inscription do you prefer for PvE?

+30 hp in both pve/pvp. Also mostly +10 vs fire in pve (I never use -5/20), in pvp i switch the +10 vs....

Well i'm a shield junkie. +30hp & AR +10 vs blunt, AR +10 vs slashing and -5/20 (a placeholder shield). I tend to end up tanking, more than i was planning usually. Mobs hate me. +1's are also very hot but my bag says no :P.
edit: though the armor gains are very minimal but everything helps but like the other people have said having an +10 vs Fire is a good shield. my 5/20 will be changed as soon as i can find one, they just seem to be kinda rare.

as i am a Paragon normally i just slap on a +10 vs. Fire seeing as the -2's dont benefit worth of shit.

For PvE, I'd say +10 vs Fire as well.
It be them fire eles that hit hard...
Or use whatever +10 AL you find yourself facing more often.

I have a +30 health/+10 vs. fire and a +30 health/-20% blind on two of my sets. Fire is pretty common in most endgame areas (FoW, UW, DoA). Also being attacked by physicals as a paragon is fairly rare so you'd be hit more often than not as a result of AoE, and the fire line has a lot of that.

I use +10 vs Fire, Slashing, Piercing, Blunt, Cold, Lightning etc. in PvP.
In PvE I just use a +30 and the inscription I don't really care about because, it's PvE.

I use +1 <Attrib> for normal PvE. 20% roll on a stronger shout usually beats a measly +10 armor vs specific or a conditional physical damage reducer, in my opinion.
