After extensive searching, I was unable to come up with any solution to my PeerGuardian woes. Disabling it was the only sure-fire way to play Guild Wars without any issues. Not content, I decided to figure out my own solution. It's my PeerGuardian Allow List.

Just rename it to 'permallow.p2b' and place it in your PerrGuardian/Lists directory. Or you could manually edit the file to read as follows.

PeerGuardian doesn't do much anyway, but it gives people a false sense of security.
