Selling Inscribable Req. 9 TACTICS Eternal Shield

I did a lot of searching on this because this item surprised me a lot. This seems to be one of the only, if not only Tactics based Eternal Shields in the game. I searched for hours in the game, on both of the Wiki's, on several fansites (such as this one), and near everywhere other place to look, and I have not found any record of a Tactics version ever existing. All sources I have found said there are not Tactics based Eternal Shields.
