Bear in mind, though, that disease can pass between creatures of the same type, so don't use it when fighting human creatures. Overall, though, the degen it causes is only moderately useful, and chances are there's a better skill you could be using...
wanmoke
That's not the question he asked. He wanted to know how long the disease would be when passed to another. I believe it's the duration stated in whatever spell caused the disease.
Squishy ftw
They get diseased for the duration stated in the skill where the disease originally came from.

The duration is the remaining duration of the disease when it transferred IIRC.
Darkobra
Really? Doesn't the disease duration reset when transferred?
xromania???
heh... what is IIRC?
so the answer is all are diseased for the duration stated in the skill where the disease originally came from
but if a foe is diseased alone and later other foes come in the area, these are diseased too?
other question (i changed the thread name for that) is if i have a rune of restauration on my chest (reduces crippled by 20%-non stacking) and a focus with a mod against crippling (20%-stacking), ill have 40%? these stack because at least one stack and cuz one is on armor and one on a weapon?

wanmoke
Yes, the two of those will stack.
Edit: and IIRC stands for "If I recall correctly."

thx, he is right guys? about the stack
and the question - but if a foe is diseased alone and later other foes come in the area, these are diseased too?

If you cast Rotting Flesh on one monster, and it is Diseased for 20 seconds (random time), then a new monster comes in, and gets diseased from the one you cast the spell on, the duration of the second monsters disease is the remaining amount of the first. So if monster 2 came in after 10 seconds of the 20 second duration, it will only be diseased for 10 seconds.
Easy way to find this out is to do a guild scrimmage and take 1 hero with you, and have the person on the other team cast Rotting Flesh on you. Make sure you are not in range of the Hero, watch the duration on you, then move close to the Hero. The durations should match up and you will both be disease free at the same time.

im pretty sure it lasts for the duration stated in the skill descrption. cause in the Letehnda Bog of NF, i remeber my team becoming diseased after every mob, and all heroes recovered from it at differant times.
xromania???
anyway is one of the best skills, better than nuke skills, cuz foes cant run from disease and is for a verry long time at 12 death magic and in combinations with a death magic well (-6 hp degen a large area) is deadly. The problem is u must have it disabled on heroes and cast manually, cuz low recharge time.
but Well of suffering from death magic too, say all foes in well suffer -6 hp degen, but this is isnt classified as some poison or disease and i hope this work with rotting flesh (so a diseased foe in the well have like -10 degen)
