I have trouble to get into online store ever since the start of eotn release. I thought the problem will be fixed by now. But i still can't access it. All i get is black screen with code 172 or 222 at end of long wait. Yes, i did gw.exe -image command already, btw.
I have tried 3 different isp and three different PC all with latest windows update and driver. There is no reason that i can't access online shop but game play has 0 zero issue. It is either my account is banned from access from ingame store (or being exploited to attack the ingame store server?) or the ingame store server is not working at the moment?
Has anyone from australia recently manage to get in the ingame store? I get no resolution from plaync ticket. They just said will look up but no reply since September!!

Got some reply but i don't think the support people really know what is going on:
If it is transit providers issue, why even bother to bring up wireless device?(yes, i did try with wired connection and even go ahead without router but direct ADSL connection). I tried aapt, iinet, telstra as service provider and i haven't see a different result. Anyone else in australia experience the same issue?

We'd like to suggest to try using the shop at another time of the day/night and try again. We also recommend to use an Ethernet cable to connect to your router instead of connecting with a wireless device.

I too am having problems accessing the on-line store, I haven't changed anything at this end and have used the store on numerous occasions with no problems. Code 221 no problems playing the game accessing any other website etc. *shrugs*
