Here i just took God of Blade's monk and added the "star design" arms from the wiki. It is a badly done paint job, but hey it's something.

At least it will give you an idea, just ignore the white border. I could not get rid of it in paint, the wiki's backround white isn't the same as the white on paint i'm afraid.
