i have been playing GW for a long time and am at Lvl 20 W/E at senji corner and also have NF and prophecies. I don't want to wait and trade/buy cold sword upgrade since it takes a long time but i have not been able to pick up any swords that i can use expert salvage to get cold upgrade.
i need help on how/where to get the cold upgrade quickly since i am wasting my /E build?

The fastest way would be to go to Kamadan/Kaineng/Lion's Arch D1 and put up a WTB ad, tbh.

Creatures can drop an Icy sword or axe mod anywhere with no apparently frequency differences. It would be fastest and easiest to buy it from a player, since its not really worth much anyway.

I would have suggested the glacial blade from the pre-order if you had it available since youre probably running conjure frost and looking for an icy mod.
Icy mods are like 500g, so they are very cheap to buy them from players and mod whatever sword you would like too.
