10-15k imo.

Adding the +30 will never change the value by more than the value of the mod itself.

In this case I would suggest that you not add the +30, as right now it is a full-fledged caster weapon, and will be easier to sell.

Anyways thats my two cents.

Still think you could easily get 20-30k+ for this......
