I'm a war/necro and i do need a tormented tactics sheild and i came across 1 but im not sure if is the right one it have health+30 and +10 armor vs slashing is it the right one i should get?

You can change the mods. Chances are though, if you're a new player, you won't be able to afford one.

Why not? And the shield comes with a inscription slow so u can put which ever mod u want on it

Find me a tormented shield for 100k+30e and I'll jump on that.

trade it for a tormented sword. Already ahve a shield.
