Hello...

Im having a problem with guild wars installation...

I insert my new guild wars platinum cd on the computer and the computer doesnt run the cd...
I go check the cd and theres nothing on the cd...

I try to run it on my crap labtop and it runs perfectly xD

Can you guys help me?

Dont post... My computer is a crap...

Ummm your comp is like 1000x times better then mine, I think it could be your CD/DVD players laser is probably worn. Im not comp expert but it just what i think as ivehad same probs over the years,

But it can read other cds, the only it doesnt read is guild wars platinum cd xD

I may be wrong but I thought Guild Wars Platinum edition was a DvD and not a CD.
It may sound stupid, but does your laptop have a DvD/CD drive and your computer doesn't?

Anyhoo. You can download the client here.
http://www.guildwars.com/downloads/gwsetup.zip
Install that, start it up, then enter your access key you got with the game and it'll download the content while you play.

Good start would be listing actually relevant hw: you dvd drive.
