Problem

Okay, I've got a pretty big problem i think..

See, I've lost 15k of my bank account, without I even knew, so I tried to change my password, but it reffers me to PlayNC, and asks me for an account. But as far as I know, I haven't made an account in PlayNC ever, so if I make one, can I change my password then?

I'm wondering though, if someone hacked into your account why would they only take 15K? The few people I know that have had accounts hacked lost everything. Are you sure you didn't spend it?

when you purchase something from gw ingame shop your account is automatickly linked to a masteer plaync account.

go on plaync.com.your pla nc account login is same as the guilwars account one(so the registred mail).
the password i no remember.but just do a password recovery request fillin required info(date of birth or secret quest etc).

once u recover plaync pw login and u will be abel change ur guildwars password from it

Edit : Problem : when try to log in, my account name doesn't fit in the space where it should fit...

.....uh oh. Maybe try someway to get your password and email reset by anet if you show your access keys as proof it's yours.

Btw, a Guildie of mine had some gold mysteriously disappear from his account too. It seemed to be just a glitch.

My wife just 2 days ago was in temple, she came out and merchanted her stuff and put the golds she wanted to keep in storage and deposited her gold, making it close to 100K. Did the next run and came back to storage and she only had like 5K in storage. She never changed characters, just merchanted a few things from the last run, so didn't buy accidently a lot of stuff or it would show up in inventory, was weird. I was playing on my account at the time. So I feel for you. I didn't send anything in since they won't do anything about it.

id say either you spent it and didnt know
or its on another character
