Sick of 3v4 snowball arena

Please A.net can you do somthing about this 70% of the games i've been playing are me being of the low end of the 3v4 and its definity a disadvantage to play. starting to worry about my account being seen as abusing the /report feature. is it too much to ask for people to play out the 5-10 minute games with near instante ques?

This is where the report feature is so flawed. If you're team is so bad you need to be reporting them, it's gona be hella difficult to get them to understand how to report someone. To compensate it would need to be just 1 person to /report, but then that would lead to the 10yr old abusers.

No-one wins.

Oh, I thought it was just me that thought it was flawed. So many idiots in Snowball Arena, I doubt they even know what /report DOES!

All of this would be fixed if we could just *gasp* select the people we would like to have a match with! No more leavers! No more leechers! No reason to report your friends! No need to cheats like sync-entering! Fun and challenging game with ability to coordinate tactics for everyone!

How on earth can ANET overlook something this obvious?

So because it is Random Arena there shouldn't be normal conditions to play? It's not too much to ask to at least have full team..

Obviously, the answer is yes.

first they have to balance snowball ...

making Yellow Snow to a Magic Spell....and it should also slow down ...
therefore will the other spell blind the enemy for some seconds

so slow down + disease vs slow down + blinding (white snow can reflect light..thus can blind)

then all these profession related skilsl should be removed... all professions should receive therefore a skill, that is for all professions the same...

All should also throw snowballs..normally..like normal attacking...snowballs..that are no skill and do 25 Damage
Rename then the Snowball into "Big Snowball"

Skills should look like this:

Big Snowball
Mega Snowball
Hidden Stone
Yellow Snow/ the other skill (both spells)
The Hex Skill
Ice Fort
Heal Skill

Skill 8 should be imo for all professions a speed booster enchant..whihc should also reduce hit rate of nearby foes... thus meaning ginving nearby enemies a certain miss chance

and imo should be the group size raised from 4vs4 to 8vs8 ... and teams have to collect 10 points for win

when these things get changed first.. then can the snowball arena be changed from RA to TA format.

And players need finally to become able to report LEECHERS in any pvp matchs ... i absolutely donät understand..why anet lets us not report leechers for what the **** stands leechers there..when we cant report them then..even not in PvE >.>

Last but not least...when that minigame got changed from RA to TA format.. then should be changed this minimages gamer point reward system and snowball could be made then theoretically to a permanent minigame ...24/7/365....which needs then first to get unlocked..to be akle to play it around the clock ....

Wait a few days and it will be all gone, and if that doesn't help!

If you can suggest another way to grind gamer points, I'd love to hear it.

You've got nothing better to do than grind points for a terrible title? You're willing to play something that really annoys you just to get said points? That's really sad. :/

To the OP: why are you only getting 3 on your team? Leechers? Leavers? No-loaders? The slot just not there? It's possible your connection is just slow enough that people are getting frustrated with you not being there, thinking they have a team of 3, and leaving, so that when you load, there's only 3.

I've entered the arena four times this year. First time, won once, second round a member left.

Second time... member left at 0-1.

Third, member left a little later.

Four, member left at 1-0, our favor.

I couldn't deal with the bullshit anymore and quit.

Should have been more clear, i meant no loaders, which does result in /resign by the rest of the team. winning 3v4 is possible if you're fighting a newbie team but its not fair, i understand that its random arena so that people of various skills could all take part but to have a full team shouldn't be too much to ask.

Well, no loaders can't be helped. A lot of people lag during wintersday due to the increased bandwidth. And a lot of people don't know about -image.

Just grit it out. 3v4 is annoying, but just shrug it off. The thing is, it has an equal chance to happen to everybody. So while it may take you a while to find that one good coecheive team, when you do, you'll roll over those 3 man teams too.
I mean, its annoying, but its equally annoying to everybody... and thus fair in the long term.

Regardless of it being random I do not think it right that people get consecutive leavers. That's just BS. But don't do what I'd do in that case cause it'll get you banned.

You get one ragequit an hour. Use it wisely.

Encourage use of the /resign command by your teammates after someone on your team rages. Encourage its use if you have a slow loader; often you can /resign out before the guy with the epic fail connection/comp joins the game.

'Bout all there is to it when it comes to managing this. Dishonor system fails, imo. Same problems as before, but my tools for managing them are more limited. Yay design team.
