I am looking to buy a +5e or inscribable Golden Pheonix Blade, as well as an inscribable eternal shield.
Dont want to pay to much so the higher req the better, only requirement is that they must be Gold, Max and Inscribable (or +5e for GPB). If it has mods on it already, that is fine but i wont pay extra for the mods.
