Will a 33% longer duration spear mod on a necromancer using death nova extend the poison duration of death nova?
Also the same question for 33% longer bleeding duration mod in conjunction with jagged bones minions causing bleeding.

The mod WILL affect any condition you directly apply, of the appropriate type. I believe in the case of jagged bones, the undead minion applies the bleeding condition, and so would not benefit from a barbed mod, etc.
