Hi! could i get a PC on the 2 following swords as they are now, and if its worth it to mod it up, what they'll be with 20/20 +30 mods

Plagueborn Sword of shelter req 11

+7 vs physical

Fiery Gothic Sword of Fortitude req 11

+29

If you plan on selling them don't add any mods to them.

Gothic sword 10-15k imo
Plagueborn 10-15k

May want to wait for others....as the plagueborn is a rare skin with a perfect dmg mod just a bit high on the req... wait for confirmation from someone else
