LF Mature, Competitive PvP Guild

As the post title states, I'm in search of a guild that PvPs (GvG, HA, TA, etc.) with the intent to win and one that has experience doing so. On the other hand, I would also like the members to be mature enough to keep in perspective the fact that GW is a video game that has a lower priority than the events of life.

I'd also appreciate it if the guild was small enough so that its members are actually able to familiarize with each other on a personal level. In the guilds that I've been a part of in the past, members had little or no interaction at all.

As for myself, an accurate description would be an above-average player with the intent of improving. I've been playing GW on and off for the past two years and have a good amount of experience. I've been mostly playing as Mo/ in PvP but I'm more than willing to learn another. I'm currently a R2 gladiator and a R1 hero. I understand those are far from "leet" status, but I'm willing to listen to advice and will be working to improve.
