How do you get a PvE Character to a PvP battles

get to kaineng center, lions arch or kamadan

Then you will be at the great temple of balthasaur.

Edit: that didn't make sense lol. Once your in one of the main cities you will be able to map there by the boat in the world map.

If it's not clear from the above, once you get to one of those cities, hitting the map travel key and then clicking on the boat icon on the map will now give you the option of going to the Great Temple of Balthazar. From there you will be able to access the Random Arenas, Team Arenas (once unlocked), Hero's Ascent (also once unlocked), the Zaishen Challenge and Zaishen Elite Challenge (once unlocked). Alliance Battle and GVG (and I think Hero Battles) are accessed from the Guild Hall. Actually, I believe you get to Hero Battles from the Temple too, never done them myself, so not sure about that.
