You don't, you only get the access key. You get the client off the main GW site. Run it and dl the 3.4 gig gw.dat file and you're good to play.

I was gonna ask the same Q. I'm getting Factions from there, and was also unsure how you got it , I seen on wiki that if you spend over $27 you get a bonus mission pack, is that still the case?

No, that promotion ended at the end of October but there's been talk of Anet possibly offering it after the New Year to buy (I have no way to substantiate that claim but it's the rumor)
