Please critique my build...

Swordsmanship 14
Tactics 4
Healing Prayers 1

It's a sort of general-purpose PvE build. I've tried using:
[skill]standing slash[/skill] instead of one of the energy-based attacks.
[skill]healing signet[/skill] instead of [skill]lion's comfort[/skill]

I also realize that a resurrect skill may not always be necessary on a warrior if it's a good team, and have used skills such as:
[skill]deadly riposte[/skill] or [skill]shield bash[/skill] as a sort of cover/self protection skill.

And I'm totally open to other attribute point allotments...

Drop the energy skills for adrenaline skills. Drop chant for death pact or flesh. Since it's PvE I'd drop lion's comfort for save yourselves.

Standing Slash + Sun-Moon imo. Also, SY is awesome.

Yeah, standing slash and sun&moon slash are probably the most common on a sword bar. Silverwing/galrath aren't that bad. Just don't run final thrust.

Rebirth is also a good option for a res if you know when to use it.

As a side note, has there always been an issue w/ PvE skills not displaying the icon when used w/ the skill tags?

Even at r1 it's a good skill. The great thing about the skill is that it can keep a foe knocked down as long as FGJ is up and dslash doesn't get blocked. The damage is just a bonus.

[wiki]Brawling Headbutt[/wiki] is from GW:EN, so you get it from a quest. If you have that skill you should get [wiki]Steelfang Slash[/wiki] as well.

I typically use this build in PvE (unless I feel like going axe in which case skills 2,3 and 4 are replaced with [skill]Eviscerate[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill] and [skill]Disrupting Chop[/skill]):
