So, is there anyway to keep Spellbreaker continuously on?

You could use the new dwarven skill that enhances duration of stances to use with serpent's quickness. Then you could keep it up permanently. Don't know about the spellbreaker though.

Not with one monk as far as I know (unless there is a PvE skill that can do that now).
Sno/Jerry's UW clearing team (sorry third dude, I forgot your name) used two monks to maintain it, one monk with SB and the second with SB/Mimicry/Arcane Echo (blessed aura involved a fair amount).

If you bring a ranger at 16 wilderness survival, with perma-SQ and QZ, then you can do it, because recharge of spell breaker at 50% reduce is 22.5 secs and you have 28 secs.
Secondary monks dont have divine favor, so only primary monks can do it, but they can't go to 16 wilderness survival.
It isn't worth it to have it permanent unless that same ranger brings Famine (BWAHAHA) and you get 2 visages at 4 illusion magic, which makes your attributes (if you wanna do 55hp or 600hp) 16 DF + 4 illusion +14 prot. Get SoA and there you are, a perma SB invincible monk and a famine ranger

Yeah I can do it in CoF, but I only do that when fighting Murakai. Divine Favor is usually at 16, makes it easier.
Arcane Echo -> Spellbreaker -> Wait until the original spellbreakers recharge is just about to go past the little grey box with then number of the skill, and then cast the Echo'd Spellbreaker. Arcane Echo and the original spellbreaker should both be (almost) recharged by the time the Echo'd one runs out.
So yeah I usually have about 1-1.5s of downtime, which is fine really since none of the hexes at Murakai are painful :P just degen.

you can have Constant SB from using AoS(Air of Superoity). if you get right buff to have instant Recharge for skills. Then SB will recharge instant. Will work for OB also to have constant SB.

I usually maintain SB with the serpents/dwarven stability build. It requires 16 DF, using a +1 divine staff, and a golden egg or other +1 consumable. Cast blessed aura until you get the +1 from the staff to kick in. Your blessed aura should be 40 or 42% depending on how many +1 consumables you want to throw on. You only need to do that once (maintained) With the 40 or 42% blessed and 20% weapon SB can be maintained with dwarven/serpents (thats 30/31 second SB and 29 second recharge)
Note: an OB tank is fine, but the enemies can't try to cast on OB. That means they save all their hard hitting spells for the softies in back when they come in aggro Things seem to hold aggro on the tank if he has SB rather than OB. I think the AI does something like "can't cast on him, move up and cast on that guy" Thus easier to break aggro

obs flesh is nice on ele but i would not spec 12 in earth in order to use it with mi monk

Deadly Paradox only effects Assassin skills though so wouldn't work with SB. Would be a nice alternative though.
