Trimmed Guilds And Terms of Use (breach)

I would like to know if there are any actions taken by a guild that could jeopardize that guilds qualification for maintaining their trim.

For example:

Guild I Example I [omg]
Earned a silver trim in the monthly, and they just recieved their trim. They sold a bunch of invites (100k each) and then kicked the members after promising permanent admission. Is this allowed, and if not, what terms dictate that a guild will lose it's trim.

For future posters:

I don't want opinions on what you think of the situation I just typed.
I don't want any posts stating "I think ANET would {blank}..."
I want concrete info, things you KNOW are FOR A FACT. Any links to rules would be appreciated.
I would also like links to past occurances since I am sure this has been brought up before (but I could not locate the subject in any thread).

Thanks for your help!

A guild has the right to kick whoever they want whenever, and the payment wouldn't be considered as part of a trade by Anet. Just like someone getting a run and not paying at the end of it, you're not meant to be getting run to places for money and Anet doesn't support you paying for services. Even if you reported the player that didn't pay up nothing can be one about it.

As far as I know they would never get rid of the guilds trim. I never recall it happening in the past either and when my guild sold invites nothing happened to us if someone was kicked after paying.

Btw 100k for a silver trim invites way expensive they usually go for 20k max.

I've seen Team Everfrost [eF] doing the same thing when they had silver trim. Honestly, if anyone is caught doing this, I demand that the entire guild's rating revert back to 'N/A,' and their trim is lost. It's completely disrespectful, and I basically label it as a scam. It's unfair to those who wish to recieve the trim and it's wrong to take advantage of players like that.

I'm not sure, but do winners of automated tournaments get capeS? If so, eventually every damn guild is going to be gold trimmed.

You have nothing to back that up, please do not post in this thread (or read what I said my starting post). Your post did not help me.

First of all, that is an "I think ANET would _____" statement, (know and think are pretty much the same). I appreciate your opinion but that is not what I am asking for. As far as your 100k for an invite, I'm sorry I am not experienced in the selling of trims but to be honest, it was hypothetical and you should pay more attention to a post you are responding.

I was not asking for your opinion if the situation occured. Your post did not answer my question.

"Taking advantage of another player ("scamming") in order to take his/her items or account."

That can be interpreted however you want, best way to find out would be to send in a support ticket and ask them.

We can't give you 100% answer cause we don't make the decisions, all we can tell you on the forums is our opinions.

Thank you for stating a fact I already know, and yet, your opinions don't help the situation.

You want official answers - you go to the people that can give them to you.
So please don't bitch about people sharing their views if you failed at asking the question at the right place!

Props, I asked for links to useful material, you gave some, thanks. And btw, I don't care about your "bitching" opinion of where you think I should look for answers.

It's their guild. If you were dumb enough to buy your way in, then it's your own fault.

Theres the best answer you're going to get here.

We are not ANet. If you didn't want opinions then you shouldn't have posted this here. This is a discussion forum, you don't get to choose who can and cannot post what they want here.

Next time go to the right place first if you are going to be so disrespectful.
