yeah its been like that for a while, i guess just because it is rare from prophecies, but honestly, thats my only assumption

The skin itself is a common skin, but the name swamp club is what is so rare. There isn't as many of those as there are crystallines, dwarven axes, tribal axes etc.
Plus unlike the other rare skins (where everyone knows to keep them whenever they drop) Noone would probably hold on to a common skinned weapon like that.

They used to drop from the chests that didn't require a key but the chests were removed so I doubt these hammers will ever drop with that name.
