This is mostly for the McTiggers, (and anyone who's been to HA ID1 knows who I'm talking about). For those who don't know who I'm talking about, basically, its 4 monks, all with some crazy title that took $100+ and hours of botting to get. And they sit there and sync dance with their collector's edition hands in one of the busiest districts in the Guild Wars world. Taking up slots that could be used for real players. I hate it when I'm HA-ing, and my team says "oh, we're in ID1, come join" after I reroll a PvP char or something, and I always get "District is Full" error message. And I think to myself, "If those McTiggers didn't exist, I could go there" but instead, I have to get the team to move to ID2, or spam the ID1 button until it works.

Basically, what I'm saying is, if you're AFK for like, 5+ minutes, and your current district becomes full at any time, it should move you to the next district up.

Now, I know this would ruin festival people who AFK in the green circle at Halloween overnight to get their hat. But, who wants them either?

Or you could say "full" and they go "k, d2" and you meet there. TEH DIFFICULTS!

What if you're waiting for someone and have to use the bathroom/answer the phone/get the door or something?
