Hey, i am looking for a good build that uses dragon slash as the elite i have all campaigns and expansion so i have no limit to what skills i can use

If that's a PvP bar (otherwise why are you running Shock and Frenzy) then why run DSlash?

Fill in the other 5 however you want. Seriously. For 30 seconds spam DSlash, do whatever for another 10 seconds(this is where your other skills can be used) and now rinse and repeat. DSlash spam again.
"Save Yourselves!" is easy to keep up if you have it/have enough Faction in it. Giving your party +100 AL is......words just aren't adequate imo.
I highly recommend Flail or Frenzy to just make your DSlash obscene.
Good luck and have fun though, seriously all you need is the 3 listed skills and just experiment and have fun.

As for D-Slash, pretty much D-Slash, "For Great Justice!" and 6 other skills that you like. My personal preferences go with Steelfang Slash, Enraging Charge, Enduring Harmony, "Save Yourselves!", Brawling Headbutt and a Res.

I find that things die fast enough without an IAS, so I normally don't bother with something like Flail. I suppose in some of the more extreme areas (ie elite hard mode) getting in those extra swings will probably be worthwhile, but if you're wandering around fighting level 24 mobs with heroes/hench backing you up, you don't really need it.

Drop the [skill]Shock[/skill] or the [skill]Distracting Blow[/skill] for [skill]Enraging Charge[/skill] or [skill]Rush[/skill]

Personally I like Distracting Blow, so I'd drop the Shock for Rush.

for pvp i use
Standing Slash, Sun and Moon Slash, Dragon Slash and Bulls strike, those are my four attacks
then i have: enraging charge, flail and since i'm a W/E i use conjure frost with glacial blade and a res signet. I dont know how godd it is for pvp, but i've had nothing but success with it, maybe it's good or i've had the luck to fight complete noobs all the time. I suppose some sort of degen would be better i havent bothered with it since this one works ok

In PvE, when using DS, there isn't a reason to use shock or anything like that over SY. The build has already been posted, like it is in every other thread (i.e, search before making threads).

When it's not active, I rely on building adrenaline normally and hit dslash when I've gotten enough.
