Graphics Issue?

Can someone explain to me why my guild cape looks the way it does? The sword and rose are supposed to be in black and instead they're like a ugly silver like color. That and they're kinda blurry. I've also noticed that if I'm wearing an orange cape with a black symbol on it, the symbol appears to look purple. (Sorry I don't have a screenshot.)

Do I just have a crappy video card? :P Its an 128mb ati mobility radeon 9600 pro turbo. It seems pretty decent. Then again I don't play any new games....

its reflections making it looks silver
dunno if that card is good with reflections or not

When I turn off reflections the cape looks exactly the same. /sigh

The graphics on the cape all have a "metallic" look to them.
