Shock aftercast time
kel77
I was just wondering what the aftercast time of [skill]Shock[/skill] is and how I would go about finding the aftercasts of other spells. Is there a listing somewhere or can you just look at a spells cast time -recharge time etc. and tell?

The [wiki]aftercast[/wiki] of Shock is 0.75 seconds. Additionally, it's not a spell.

To keep it simple, anything that is not a PBAoE has an aftercast of 0.75 seconds. PBAoE's, on the other hand, have a 1.75 second aftercast.
There are exceptions to this rule that you have to figure out though, such as Flame Djinn's Haste. I think it may depend on if the spell does anything else than just having the PBAoE effect (in the case of my example, it gives an Increased Movement Speed enchantment as well). Correct me if I'm wrong about this =D.
EDIT: Whoops, I didn't see the link you posted above. I completely forgot about shadowsteps and preparations...

Some skills don't have aftercasts, namely Shadow Steps and Brawling Headbutt.
