PC on random weapons

Hello, I would like a price check on these weapons, please.

I have two new items I need PC'd:

Insightful Ghostly Staff of Fortitude
Half skill recharge (20%)
11-22 (req 9 smiting)
Halves casting time of spells (10%)
Energy +5
+30

Bump...12 characters

i think the bonecage is worth 50-70k

Platinum staff 10-12k.
Bonecage 40k or so (even more, if you find someone stupid enough).
Darkwing might worth something, but being req.11 I'm not that sure.

For all the others, salvage the good mods and sell them to merchants.
