I think I heard there are two kinds of Sephis Axe skin, if so, this is the kind the Ghostly Hero has.

4: This one is different because I haven't put good mods on it yet. I want to know if it is worth it . It is a Serpent Axe with a 15^50 mod right now, but it's req 13, so I don't know if it will be worth much with 20/20 and +30, so please tell me.
