For the record, the Voltaic Spear isn't 100% exclusive from Slavers, you can also get it from the Xunlai Chest in Isle of the Nameless

I'm pretty sure you can get anything from the Isle of the Nameless Chest.

I personally have gotten an Amethyst Aegis from it.

Dont forget, Enchanted guys can drop rare random skins.
Slavers = Core proffesions only. Basicly. Unless u use frozen soil.
