Personally, i think 25% > 0% buff. You dont even say what other elites would make a better choice than Onslaught and WHY it sucks.. you just listed what it does.

I actually like the idea behind Onslaught. I'm sure we can all agree, scythe attacks are pretty painful.

Onslaught doesn't need a 25% attack buff. That's what Vow of Strength are for.
An increase in the effects it has - say attacks recharge 50% faster and cost half energy - would make it worth using, though.
