can someone possibly answer a question for me?

so i purchased moebius strike in pvp but it didnt unlock in pve to buy, is this a glitch or somethin, and if not when will i be able to get it lol

when you cap it from the boss with cap sig. you cant buy elites. you can buy an assassin elite tome and get it from there.
