This item is OOG and is unable to obtain now from its orginal source.
Collectors item .. I think it's pretty rare. not sure of its real value..
I had three of them, I gave one away to my guildie who made himself a nice fellblade customized +20% then +25% vs Charr, and 15^50...
and I made myself a Charr Sword of charrslaying it has a nice ring to it.
Both he and I have done testing on it.. and it does infact yeild higher damage to charr then the common 20% Mod.
If you want the maximum possible damage on a charr, then this pommel is for you!
