PC on staff Please (pic included)

Just wondering with all the different earth staff skins i cant keep track of whats what and their values. Any help would be much appreciated. Heres a pic of the one i got.

Its a Req 9 inscribable, although the mods arent good ones. But they can sure be replaced. Thanks

It's quite a desired staff skin, though have become comminer with Gwen, but ive sold a few for 10-15k with not too much trouble.
