I was wondering a few things about this. If I were to complete it in hardmode, how much money would I get in total? Also it says that I get reputation for completing it, which reputation?

Only for turning in a FULL Hero Handbook you get 6,000gp.

And you get 30,000 reputation points for norn or asura or vanguard or delver. If you turn in your hero handbook to Tyr the Skaald, you will receive norn pts, Kodan for deldrimor points, Lexx for asura points and Gedrel of Ascalon for ebon vanguard points.
