PC on 2 Rare Swords

Hey, I found this Spatha while farming, stats are:

Req- 11 (Swordsmanship)
Slashing Damage- 15-22
Damage +15%
Health Regen -1

I also have this Golden Phoenix Blade

Req 11(swordsmanship)
Lightning Damage 15-22
Armor +7
*insciption*Dance With Death
Damage +14%(while in stance)

I can mod either sword with w/e mods/insciptions
Both are gold
The spatha +15%-1 is not an insciption but an inherent mod

merch spatha. rare mod, yes. it's unwanted, though, except for people looking for double degen w/ a vamp mod. not worth the time to sell imo

any idea about the other sword?
