max. armor, req 8 Str., blue, insc. (like all SotL)
added +30 HP & -5 (20%) mods

maybe some would say salv. mods and merch it but maybe it's worth a bit more ^.^

agree with sickle on salvage. you can try for a few k for req 8 clean, but i'd just merch it tbh since req 8 golds on this skin aren't particularly valuable (like sickle said)
