Hmm, it's a good start. Personally I wouldn't recommend this if you're the sole necro on the team. However what you have here is an excellent supporter when working with a "traditional" MM (minus well of blood).
Combine this with a tradional MM and you'll have a very very powerful minion army. You'll be able to have more minions and they'll be more effective with MoP/Barbs.
not sure if that's the kind of use you had intended, but speaking from experience this kind of thing takes MM-ing to a whole new level

I have been thinking it through and what if a hero runs MI and verata's gaze along with death nova and jagged bones? I mean heroes can have good quick reaction to many things except for really quick HoH spikes.

The hero will not use Verata's Gaze properly, they seem to have that spell very low on their priority list. That means they will only use it after exhausting all of their offensive spells on the minion to be converted and whatever other skills they have, by which time the minion is probably dead from crossfire.

nah i made it so it works right after the horror spawns it works just fine
